Reporting Spam / Abuse (Non-Email)
Step by step `how to report spam`
1. Click here to check if the email has been blacklisted (if you have an email)
2. Read all the below stuff & use common sense
3. Send us reason of complain (ex: spam/flood/etc) & details (postings, logs, etc) Note: click on Contact
4. If you are not the owner of the website/newsgroup/chat-channel get the owner to contact us
5. Wait, we will investigate then contact you of the results
Disclaimer
We are never at any given time responsible for any abuse of our members. If any abuse were found to be in direct violation of the our rules & regulation or the ones in of your country, server, ISP, service (etc) please report to us, and we will do what we can. Due to our privacy policy, we can ban the abuser & can provide details & logs of the abuser only with a court order from the country of Singapore. We would like to highlight the annonymous nature of the internet, it makes it very difficulty in handling abuse in the Internet, therefore we are not G-O-D so we will not know the abuser`s real-name, parents names, phone number of address (etc).
Our Spam (Abuse) policy
We support and is compliant to the `CAN-SPAM Act` by the Department of Justice & Federal Trade Commission (USA) which means we do not support spam. Due to limited resources we will conduct an investigation when we receive complains. No complains = no investigation = no action will be taken. To improve communications we will only entertain request if you are the owner of the website/newsgroup/chat-channel, as it will require server logs to figure out who is the abuser.
If any member of our game is found guilty, the following action will be taken:
1st offense, 1st warning
2nd offense, last warning
3rd offense, his/her account ban/blacklisted
If we do not response to your complain in 5 working days plz send us a reminder. We have over 1 million members, receive thousands of emails a day but i`ve only got 2 hands therefore I hope you will be more understanding. We will not entertain rude, vulgar or abusive complains.
